Unless you have been living in isolation somewhere, you have heard all about eating a healthy diet. If I was a betting woman, you are sitting right now thinking, “yeah, I know I need to healthy but it is so hard”. Starting a new plan is never easy, and can sometimes be quite difficult. However, healthy eating and exercise are vital to maintaining good functioning body and goes a long way in living a disease-free life. If you are like and struggle with healthy eating, you know breaking the unhealthy habits are the most difficult part. It is important that start to take baby steps towards better eating.
Through the years, it has taken me a long time to get a healthy relationship with food. I love my fruits and veggies. I love my proteins and carbs. Where I struggle is moderation. Where do you struggle?
